Hydraulic contact plate freezer

Hydraulically operated aluminum plates move vertically and exchange heat through contact with both sides of the product for rapid freezing. A matching refrigeration system can be supplied to suit requirements.

Suitable for freezing block products on land or aboard fishing vessels, including fish fillets, surimi, shrimp and shellfish.
